Here to bring your vision to life

The right material changes everything. It’s the difference between a space that simply exists and one that endures.

We work alongside New Zealand architects, designers, builders, joiners, and fabricators, supporting residential and commercial projects. From the first conversation to final installation, we help you specify, source, and deliver stone and surface materials that hold the design intent.

From our Christchurch showroom, we’ve built long-term relationships with quarries and manufacturers who share our standards. With decades of combined experience, our team provides technical guidance, specification support, and material expertise when it matters.

Engineered Stone

SG Quartz is The Stone Group’s low-silica engineered stone range, developed for repeatable specification. Colour, pattern and finish are controlled for continuity across larger areas and multiple surfaces. It suits projects where you want a composed, consistent result, supported by reliable supply and practical technical guidance when it matters.

Natural Stone

Natural stone is selected slab by slab, because the variation is real. Tone, veining, and movement are part of the material’s character, and the right choice depends on how you want the surface to read in the space. This category includes SG Natural Stone and selected Bagnara stones across marble, granite, and quartzite, with guidance to help align the slab with the application.

Ultra-Compact Porcelain

Porcelain is specified for clean detailing and finish consistency. It is dense, low-porosity, and does not require sealing, which makes it well suited to demanding residential and commercial applications. Our selection includes Infinity Ultra-Compact Porcelain, and it also introduces SG Signature Porcelain, Stone Group’s new porcelain range with a considered palette and controlled finishes.

SG Designer Panels Range

SG Designer Panels are large-format wall panels for vertical applications. Built on an SPC core with a digitally printed surface, they deliver consistent stone-led finishes without the weight and complexity of full slabs. Designed to simplify specification and installation, they are shaped by years of working alongside the designers, builders and fabricators who use them.
